All We Need Is A Field

All We Need Is A Field

Providing Access. Building Opportunity. Creating Pathways to the Show.

  • Built by players. For players. For the future of the game. At The Farm League, we’re putting players first and creating real pathways to the show.

The Farm League FL is a nonprofit, players-first baseball organization built to redefine what

opportunity looks like in the game. We focus on access, development, and real competition

    — giving athletes a place to keep playing, growing, and being seen.

During the winter offseason, we host free, invite-only pickup scrimmages across Florida —

connecting players from MLB organizations, Triple-A and Double-A teams, college

programs, and the Savannah Bananas with those hungry to reach the next level.

Every game is competitive and mentorship-driven, offering real guidance from current and

former professional players and coaches who have lived the journey. Our goal is simple:

to provide a space where hard work meets opportunity — and where players can chase their

dreams without the barrier of cost or politics.

Not every athlete has a field, a contract, or a network — but every athlete deserves a chance.

All We Need Is a Field.

  • To create a high-performance baseball environment that develops skill, discipline, and opportunity — preparing players for their next level, whether that’s college, the minors, or the show.

The Farm League isn’t about recreation — it’s about real competition, real scouts, and real exposure.

We’re building a platform that merges the energy of the Savannah Bananas, the professionalism of MLB systems, and the culture of community and growth that Central Florida stands for.

Bringing Baseball Back to Its Roots — Accessible, Local, and Legendary

Dee Strange-Gordon is a two-time MLB All-Star, Gold Glove, and Silver Slugger Award winner who played more than a decade at the highest level of professional baseball. Beyond his success on the field, Dee’s mission runs deeper — to bring the game of baseball back to the people, create accessible pathways for future players, and build community through opportunity.

After years of watching talented athletes lose access to facilities, training, or visibility, Dee founded The Farm League to change the game — literally.
