Bringing Baseball Back to Its Roots — Accessible, Local, and Legendary

Dee Strange-Gordon is a two-time MLB All-Star, Gold Glove, and Silver Slugger Award winner who played more than a decade at the highest level of professional baseball. Beyond his success on the field, Dee’s mission runs deeper — to bring the game of baseball back to the people, create accessible pathways for future players, and build community through opportunity.

After years of watching talented athletes lose access to facilities, training, or visibility, Dee founded The Farm League to change the game — literally.

Meet Tom “Flash” Gordon – League Ambassador

Tom Gordon’s name is synonymous with excellence in baseball. A 21-year MLB veteran, three-time All-Star, and World Series champion, Tom brings decades of experience, insight, and firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

As League Ambassador for the Farm League, Tom is committed to creating opportunities for aspiring athletes. Through free pick-up games, players of all ages and backgrounds can experience real baseball with MLB talent and gain the guidance, mentorship, and exposure they need to make their baseball dreams a reality.

The Farm League is designed as a players-first initiative, where athletes can develop their skills, embrace teamwork, and compete in a supportive environment. While most programs focus on college-level athletes or higher, Tom ensures that everyone has a chance to play, with special invitations extended to select rising stars to provide additional guidance and challenge.

With Tom’s involvement, the Farm League isn’t just about baseball—it’s about mentorship, growth, and connecting players to the people, knowledge, and opportunities that help them reach the next level.
